Versatile Arya Now Will Play Villain

After the astounding success of Naan Kadavul, actor Arya has got several projects for his intense performance in the movie. Arya now is well set in Kollywood. Now the actor has taken up an interesting venture in Tollywood.

It is said that the actor will be portraying a villainous role in the directorial venture of Gunasekar in Tollywood. According to the sources close to the actor, Arya signed the role because it has the same impact as that of the Hero. Telugu actor Allu Arjun will play the lead actor in the movie. According to the director the shoot for the movie will commence today only and is expected to get completed in couple of months. Sarvam Releasing on 27th March

Actor Arya’s next venture will be Vishnu Vardhan’s Sarvam in which he will be pairing with Trisha for the very first time. The actor moved on Sarvam right after the long tenure with Naan Kadavul. The movie is expected to be a romantic and emotional thriller, having two sets of storylines, before and after interval.

The connection between the two parts and the characters in the movie forms the storyline of Sarvam. For the first time Trisha will be playing the role of a pediatric intern who will always have lots of childrens surrounding her. Acording to the director Vishnu, the chemistry between Arya and Trisha has taken great shape in the movie and they will become the most talked about pair after Sarvam. The audience has liked music by Yuvan Shankar Raja and the movie will be hitting the theaters on 27th of March.

Sarvam’s Release Clashes with IPL

Now that the second season of IPL is approaching fast, producers are making their efforts to save the clash between their movies and the IPL matches as it could affect their box office collection.

The same is the case with Arya’s romantic thriller Sarvam. It is expected to have a early release due to the scheduled IPL matches. Vishnuvardhan wanted the movie to come out on April 10; but now that the IPL is also starting on time, there are chances that the release date has been preponed and now will be releasing on March 27.

Sarvam has the production of Ayngaran International and will have Arya and Trisha as the lead pair. The chemistry between the two stars in the promos has set the ground for a grand opening for Sarvam. Yuvan scores the music for the movie.

Match between Kollywood and Tollywood Begins

The scheduled cricket match between the stars of Kollywood and Tollywood for the chief minister’s relief fund finally kicked off today.

The Match is being played at the Chepauk Stadium in Chennai. The Tollywood team named Chennai Warriors has young stars like Silambarasan, Arya, J.K. Riteesh, Bharath, Jithan Ramesh, Jeeva, Shanthanu and others in the team. Whereas the team for Kollywood includes Vikranth and Jithan Ramesh as opening pair for them. Kollywood Team is batting first in the game of 50 over. Opening partnership between the two was not for much longer period and Jithan Ramesh returned to pavilion after adding mere two runs in his account, though Vikranth hold the other end firm and went on to score a half century. Chinni Jayanth is taking care of commentary for the match.

Stars cricket at Chepauk Stadium!

A cricket match of 25 overs, between the Tamil and Telugu movie stars will be held on 7th of March. The event is scheduled to take place at Chepauk Stadium in Chennai, and will start at 10 am. The proceeds derived from hosting the event will be given into the Chief Minster’s relief fund.

Arya, Silambarasan, Srikanth, Bharath, J.K. Ritish, Jeeva, Jithan Ramesh Vikranth and Shantanu will represent team of Tamil film fraternity, whereas the team of Tollywood will have the names like Srikanth, Tarun, Nikhil, Uday Kiran, Prabhu, Raghu, Rajiv Kanakala and Sai Ravi. The commentary box will have Comedian Chinni Jayanth as commentator.

‘Chikku Bukku’ Arya’s Next

The producer and distributor of Dhaam Dhoom – Mediaone Global Entertainment finally has decided the title of their forthcoming venture starring Arya in the lead role. The title will be ‘Chikku Bukku’, the pleasing chug of the trains that brings a lot of childhood memories to all.

Chikku Bukku, will have the direction of Manikandan, who the assistant to late director Jeeva. Colonial Cousins – who recently scored for Vinay’s forthcoming venture Modhi Vilayadu, will score the music for the movie.

There has been rumors of the movie having two leading ladies in the form of Preetha Rao and Genelia (which recently was replaced by Shriya) – the Mediaone Global Entertainment not confirmed any of these. Till now only Preetha Rao, Amritha Rao’s sister is the heroine for the movie.
